Cardio Tennis

Cardio Tennis is a high-energy workout that combines tennis drills with fitness training, set to a fast pace. It’s perfect for burning calories, improving footwork, and having fun on court—no advanced tennis skills required!

Each Class runs for 45 minutes and is $30 per lesson.
